Some of the Finer Details in MA

Here are just two of the MANY pictures Dan and I took on our Springfield, MA Judging assignment this past weekend.

The town was beautiful and the architecture was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, for some reason I couldn't upload as many pictures as I would have liked and wanted to share. For more photos, please check out my facebook page, where I was able to upload quite a bit more.

Any way, after judging on Saturday, Dan and I walked around town and explored the city center and took quite a few pictures of the older buildings & churches.

This particular church was built in the 1600's and while we weren't able to go inside, we did enjoy the steeple.

Next is a picture from the city center that features a fountain and in the background a historic statue. The old world feel in this city really was amazing.

Day and I also stopped at a few churches (pictures on Facebook) and were able to go inside one of them. Lucky for us, the church had just been renovated 2 years ago and it was AMAZINGLY beautiful. We were so lucky to have been able to go inside, have the place to ourselves (thanks to a very nice nun who let us in and escorted us) and take pictures and enjoy the entire building.

What a great trip : )
